About Us

At School of World music & Dance, a 501C3 non- profit organization we promote Indian Classical music and dance and continue to preserve a very ancient Indian culture. Our school trains more than 90 students both children and adults, in Carnatic (South Indian classical music) vocal, instrumental music and Bharathanatyam (South Indian classical dance). Our school has highly trained professionals and performing artists as teachers who train our students to become highly proficient in both music and dance.
Besides providing professional training in Indian classical music and dance our school also promotes performing artists to show case their caliber and talents through our organization. School of World Music & Dance also encourages young talented students to continue professional training in music and dance by providing promising scholarships for advanced training and coaching in music and dance. Our school conducts music and dance workshops, every quarterly specially designed to coach students for professional concerts, national competitions, and cultural performances.

School of world Music courses are are a perfect option for those of you who have a definite time period in mind to learn and understand a particular segment of Music or Dance. Keeping in mind the pupil's wide spectrum of interests and his comprehension level, a number of categories have been introduced into the Certificate Course where one can hope to get a thorough yet succinct understanding of the subject of interest within a definite span of time.
